The accuracy of the Tarot is amazing. In the last stage of 20th century, the Tarot spread from U.S.A to the East. Some of the players that never touch Tarot surprise its accuracy and at the same time they don’t understand what the reason is.
In modern life which the east and the west communicate frequently, we can find from the books of west scholars of Tarot that the theory provided by C.G. Jung is the most popular operation theory of the Tarot. It not only can explain the accuracy of Tarot, but also it can reduce the inner confusions of the Tarot players.
First, Jung inherited the subconscious theory of Florid and expanded the theory to personal subconscious and the collective unconscious. In addition, Jung offered the concept of Archetypes which was the constructive element of the collective unconscious and created various figures. So, the elements behind the figures on the Tarot cards are Archetypes.
Next, one of the most important creative viewpoints of Jung is Synchronicity. It connected all the coincidences through non-causality relations. Meaningful coincidences are full of the universe. Many things look like coincidences, in fact, they all hide delicate connection.
In addition, there is a limitation of relativity in divination. That is to say, the divination of Tarot must 1) be limited on the corresponding things and objects of the person. People cannot ask divination for unfamiliar people. 2)Both sides who communicate with face to face or other methods can provide messages of each other for divination if their personal subconscious repeatedly.
Finally, the minds of the divinator and the querent are inside the collective unconscious of human beings. So, the answers that divinator requires will be shown on the surface of the world from the collective unconscious through the Archetypes. This is the operation theory of Tarot what the professionals of Tarot in Europe and America can accept and agree. |
