According to the statistics, 50% of people believe the existence of fate. Yet 29% of people only believe that man's determination will conquer nature. Today we are going to introduce Zi Wei Dou Shu, an ancient fortune-telling that was spread for thousand years.

So easy, Zi Wei Dou Shu!

Ancient people, when they looked up to the sky, found that only North Star was steady, other stars would rotate around it. So they thought North Star represented the emperor. The astrologist called it as Zi Wei Star. A fortune-telling was coming from the star and developed in ancient China. The meaning of Zi Wei is emperor. Zi Wei Dou Shu mixed astronomy, geography, mathematics, statistics and logic, and then added general senses and long-term experiences. The one who invented such fortune-telling used the the Dipper star groups and Nan Dou star groups, Zi Wei Yuan star and other stars to represent the experiences of human being in the whole life. When the positions of the stars are arranged, studying the mutual sensitivity can obtain a result to know everything.

What is Zi Wei Dou Shu

Zi Wei Dou Shu is a traditional way of fortune-telling. It used 115 stars (such as Emperor Star – Zi Wei, Mercy Star – Tian Ji, and others) with different meanings to explain the variations of human life. Zi Wei means North Star. “Dou” means the Dipper star groups and Nan Dou star groups. The whole name is composed as Zi Wei Dou Shu.

The source of Zi Wei Dou Shu

Zi Wei is coming from the Taoism, starting from Lu Chunyang and recorded in Dao Cang Jing. In the period of the war of resistance against aggression, people in the hometown dwelling of Shao Kang, the idealist philosopher in Song Dynasty. They used the books to study deeply. But they could not copy them but just memorized in their mind. They also left precious data for reference by descendants.

Which one is accurate, Ba Zi and Zi Wei Dou Shu

In general, people always coampare Zi Wei Dou Shu with Ba Zi. The one who learned Ba Zi thought Zi Wei Dou Shu is nonsense. The one who learned Zi Wei Dou Shu thought the guys of Ba Zi do not know the greatest of Zi Wei Dou Shu. In fact, both them just make fortune-telling in certain angle to describe the fates of human being.

Is there any confusion in the results divined by Ba Zi and Zi Wei Dou Shu?

Generally speaking, the results inferred by Ba Zi and Zi Wei Dou Shu should not have any confusion existed. If people obtain different results with these two methods, it is the problem of the diviner’s ability but not the question of Ba Zi and Zi Wei Dou Shu.
